Mary Downing Hahn

Mary Downing Hahn's books have been very popular with the 4th-7th grade crowd, especially for those readers who like a bit of a haunting chll in their stories. Ms. Hahn is a former school librarian who has written dozens of novels for young readers. Her popular title from 1986, Wait Till Helen Comes, is being made into a movie with shooting set to begin at the end of September.
