REGISTRATION is strongly ENCOURAGED for this event at the Little Chute Public Library. Open to ages 18 and up. Walk-ins will be accommodated if space allows. To register, click here. Be warned... you may start beautifying your own neighborhood after taking this workshop!

Learning history of street art is just the start of getting immersed in the world of easily accessible art. There really are endless possibilities for sharing and showing your art once you learn how to create and use stencils. In addition to the actual process of creating reusable stencil art, we will also be focused on the principles of design and bettering yourself as an artist. Class will end with brightening up a local area in our community.
This event is provided to students at no cost thanks to the Great Wisconsin Cheese Festival, Kimberly-Little Chute Library, Stephanie LH Harvey and Carstens' Ace Hardware.
Stephanie Harvey is a photographer and print maker with a passion for community art projects. She attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art, which is where she fell in love with printmaking and street art. Stephanie enjoys the enthusiasm that comes from teaching children and exploring art and helped start KimLit's Artist in Residence Program.
Want to see what KimLit's first artist in residence has been up to? Check out the murals at the Little Chute Library, Doyle Park, Sunset Park (work in progress) and all around the Little Chute area for her student's colorful installs!
