The library has public Internet computers available on a first come, first served basis. Time on the computers are limited to half-hour increments. If no one is waiting for a computer, your half-hour increments can be renewed for up to 2 hours per day. Users of the library's public Internet computers must comply with the library's Internet Use Policy.
We also have laptops available for use within the library. See In-Library Use Laptops below for more information.
The public computers and laptops print to a central copier in the staff workroom. Please come to the check-out desk to ask for your copies. Copies cost $.10 per page in black and white and $.25 per page for color.

A public, self-service photocopier is available at both locations. Copies cost $.10 per page. Please pay at the check-out desk.
FAX services are available, but are managed by library staff. Stop at the check-out desk to ask for assistance.
FAX transmissions will cost $2.50 for the first page and $1.00 for each subsequent page. Basic charges are for calls placed within the United States only. International calls will add a charge of $1.00 per page (i.e. $3.50 for the first page, $2.00 for each subsequent page).
Incoming faxes will be charged at $1.00 per page. Incoming faxes will be filed in manila folders in alphabetical order by receiver's last name and will be held for 10 days and then discarded. Patrons expecting a fax must call the library to check to see if it has been received.
The library provides free eBooks and audiobooks via Wisconsin's Digital Library. Library staff are happy to help you access this digital collection with your eReader, and it is most helpful when seeking assistance to bring your device to the library for one-on-one, device-specific sessions. Please keep in mind that it is difficult for library staff to keep up with the huge variety of devices currently available on the market. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee that all staff will be able to assist with every device. Use this online form to request a one-on-one help session for assistance with your eReader. Help is also available on the Wisconsin Digital Library website.
Our online catalog, InfoSoup, represents the collections of 50 public libraries in northeast Wisconsin. Most of your needs will be satisfied by searching InfoSoup, but if you're looking for something that isn't included there, we can try to borrow what you need from libraries outside of the OWLSnet consortium. Use the Interlibrary Loan/Purchase Request form to tell us what you're looking for and we'll take it from there.
The library makes laptops available to library card holders to assist in their research, networking, document and presentation production needs. Laptops are provided according to availability and are intended for people who require extended computer use beyond what the public Internet computers allow. Preference will be given to borrowers who are developing resumes and other employment documents, applying for jobs via the Internet, or adult students taking online exams and/or participating in distance education courses requiring extended computer use.
Laptops are available for in-library use only by library card holders in good standing who are 18 years old and older. Borrowers must present a current photo ID at the time of check out.
Laptop borrowers must comply with the Laptop Lending Policy, Internet Use Policy, and Wireless Use Policy. Please read these policies before requesting a laptop. Laptops can be used for up to 2 hours per day per user.
The laptops may be reserved within a two week period, current from today's date. To reserve a laptop, select the location below at which you want to use the laptop and login on the following screen with your library card number.

Small meeting rooms are available for patron use at both locations. The room capacity for each is 18. View our Meeting Room Policy for more information and use our Meeting Room Use Agreement to hold a room at the location of your choice.
The library also offers a program of home delivery of library items to people who are homebound. A person may have a temporary or a permanent situation that requires delivery of library items directly to that person's home. Contact us and ask for Lynn to obtain more information or to set up home delivery. We will try to match your reading, listening, and viewing needs to the scope of the library's collection.

Both library locations provide free public WiFi. Look for the network name "Library Guest" when inside the library. Users of the library WiFi should comply to the library's Wireless Use Policy.
