Juggling Funny Stories with Story Performer Chris Fascione

Tom Pease in Concert

The Science Alliance: Bugs, Beetles, and Bookworms

Learn about entomology (the study of insects) in this super science program. The Science Alliance will help you go buggy for bugs as we take a close look at those creatures who dig in the dirt and fly in the sky.

I Dig Trucks! Story Time

Beep, beep! Honk, honk! Move over for stories about your favorite vehicles and then make a cool craft.

Dig Into Book Art
Wednesday, July 3, 10:30AM to noon

Drop in and create your own art project using book jackets of newer picture books. Make a book cover quilt or poster or whatever your imagination comes up with! It’s artsy fun for anyone who loves children’s book art.

Soda Pups

You will dig the agility and obedience tricks of the amazing and adorable Soda Pups! Come watch what Ginger Ale, Sierra Mist, Squirt, Dr. Pepper, and RB (Root Beer) can do. Meet and greet the dogs after the show, too!

Trivia Trek

Exercise your mind and body! Enjoy a family evening walk with trivia from community groups along the way. The trek is about one mile long and ends at the fire station with an ice cream treat. In partnership with the Kimberly Park & Recreation Department and the Fire Department.

PBS Kids Get Up and Go! Day Tales and Tails

Get Up and Go! Day highlights ways Wisconsin families can be active, enjoy the outdoors, and be healthy! The event will include appearances by Clifford the Big Red Dog and Martha Speaks, as well as hands-on fun, music, movement, arts & crafts, and science activities. In partnership with Wisconsin Public Television and Child Care Resource and Referral, Inc.

Pages in the Park
Tuesday, August 6, 5:00-7:00PM
Heesakker Park, Little Chute
Take a story walk anytime between 5-7PM. Enjoy nature as you read a children’s story at page stations along a path at Heesakker Park. Bring along a picnic supper if you wish and spend your evening at the park. In partnership with the Little Chute Park & Recreation Department.
